Yes. There is an additional charge of 500 MXN per pet per night (including tax).

Is a deposit or security required when staying with pets?

Yes. At check-in, a deposit of 1,000 MXN is held on your credit card as a security deposit. At check-out, once the room has been inspected, the deposit is released without any charges being applied, provided there is no damage or issues.

What types of pets are allowed?

We mainly accept domestic dogs and cats. If you wish to travel with another type of pet, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.

Is there a limit to the number of pets per room?

Generally, one pet per room is permitted to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Is there a size limit for pets?

Yes. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets must not be taller than 50 cm.
